A quick note when calling us: While we are currently mainly working from Home Office it appears that you hear a dial tone even while we're occupied by another phone call (instead of hearing a busy tone). In this case, please try the other number or try again a little later.
During our opening hours, you can ask for information, discuss personal concerns and, if necessary, arrange follow-up appointments.
As soon as we return to business as usual our drop-in advice service is organised in such a way that you can simply come to the ZSB and take a seat in our waiting area (Building X, Room E1-224). We will pick you up from there.
