Full Professorship (W3 - chair) for Differential Psychology, Personality Psychology and Psychological Diagnostics

The successful applicant will represent the fields of Personality Psychology, Individual Differences, and Psychological Assessment in teaching and research. He/she will have a strong profile in research and teaching in these fields, has an internationally visible track record using empirical research methods and has demonstrated the ability to secure third-party funding. He or she will contribute to at least one of the department’s interdisciplinary research foci, namely "Life Perspectives - Opportunities and Adversities (Life Chances)" and/or "Intelligent Interactive Systems (IIS)". Teaching will cover both BSc and MSc levels in Psychology. All applicants should demonstrate commitment to excellence in teaching Psychology both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Employment prerequisites are: a university degree, evidence of teaching ability, specialized scientific expertise, in general documented by an excellent doctoral thesis, and additional scientific achievements which will be evaluated in the hiring procedure.
