Certificate for Erasmus, MA or BA Students

Erasmus, MA or BA students who need proof of attending a class given by the FSZ should follow these steps if there is no other agreement with the teacher:

  1. Download and print out the form below
  2. Fill in all the relevant and necessary information.
  3. Bring the completed form to the instructor to receive his or her signature.
  4. If the instructor doesn't have a stamp, or in the case of Erasmus students who need the official Uni seal, bring signed form to the FSZ secretary, Room C01-259, to have the certificate officially stamped and validated."
