I'm a bioinformatician with a focus on genome assembly, gene annotation, and analysis of both eukaryotes and prokaryotes using modern sequencing technologies.
My research interests include the genetics of eukaryotes, particularly in plants and humans, with links to medical research.
As a Data Steward, I help make research data FAIR using the DataPLANT's Annotated Research Context (ARC).
