Mass Spectrometry Imaging is an innovative technique that delivers spatial information on chemical composition within complex tissues. We are analyzing the metabolic distribution of various biological specimen from mice to men to reveal insight on pathological occurrences. Integrating metabolic information from other techniques and digital pathology complements the analysis.
We are currently investigating toxicology studies in murines, as well as arteriosclerosis derived variation and different types of tumor, including glioma, kidney cell carcinoma, melanoma and prostate cancer in human.
