Hybrid option

If you would like to attend this conference, but could only attend online, please register via the registration link.

  1. The hybrid option will allow access to all talks and will also offer the possibility to give an online talk if an abstract is submitted and chosen for a talk.
  2. The conference venue will use the Cisco Webex Software.
  3. Talks will be presented live during our conference sessions, which means they will be broadcast from 08:30 a.m. Central European Summer Time (CEST) until at maximum 6 p.m. CEST. We are currently testing whether recording of the talks and a 24-h-access could be arranged, but this is not clear yet.
  4. We are also considering the option that a poster file can be sent to the organizing committee and printed out to be shown at the venue directly. But it will be not possible to see and discuss all the other posters in a hybrid format.

The fees for the hybrid option are as follows:

PhD students: 200 Euro

Postdocs/ PIs: 250 Euro

Additional registrations for the hybrid option are possible from now on until 1st of September via the link above.

Travel Awards

The ISPA committee provides a limited number of awards to cover for Conference fees and/or accommodation for PhD students and scientists from labs with a low budget.

Candidates for the travel awards have been selected and informed.

Membership fees

The ISPA relies on your membership fees. This money will enable preparation for the next meeting and will provide travel awards for PhD students and scientists to attend ISPA meetings.

Alternatively, you may pay the membership fee at the 2022 conference in cash.
