- The prerequisite for application for a study place on the German-Italian study programme GloC is a first academic degree in the subject of History with a grade of 3.0 or better (German Bachelor of Arts, Italian Laurea or equivalent)
- Students must have an adequate knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2
- An application can be made in Bielefeld or in Bologna.
- A decision on the application will be made following a mandatory interview
For an application in Bielefeld, the following application documents must be submitted by 15 September for the following academic year (course start in October) by email to gloc[at]uni-bielefeld.de as an attached PDF document:
- Letter of motivation (length: one to two DIN A4 pages)
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- Certificate of the German Bachelor's degree
- BA thesis with report
