Project Summary:

While there is widespread agreement that communicative behaviour is based on the complex interplay of various cognitive components, it has remained an open question, to what extent specific cognitive functions contribute to different levels of communicative behaviour. Ongoing investigations focus on impaired language and communicative functions in brain-damaged patients.
